Creative Workshops
Reconnecting with nature through my Floristry studies combined with a passion for wellness & conservation, inspired me to design & facilitate nature based creative workshops. The restorative qualities of working with plants & flowers called me to share this powerful & grounding experience that led me to what I now know is aligned with my life purpose. Consciously connecting people with themselves & nature. This journey has seen me facilitating workshops in a variety of settings such as mainstream & forest schools & holiday programs. As well as community art projects & events, libraries & art galleries & holistic camps & festivals.
The setting or scale of my workshops however does not portray their direct influence revealed in gently prompted discovery or depict the gradual inception of their essence beyond. It’s the apparent & invaluable opportunities found in every layer that sharing accessible ways we can improve our well being & contribute to the conservation of our environment, that harbour the potential to carry ripples of limitless possibility. Cultivating almost intangible outcomes yet albeit creating positive change within lives & our world. Which although seemingly immeasurable, is one of the key intentions behind the ethos of my work that I personally find to be impeccably rewarding.
“Look deep into nature, & then you will understand everything better”

Little Folk Steiner
Being asked to join the Little Folk Steiner community co creating & leading their ‘Wetlands Play’ program has enriched my experience & brought me so much joy!
Based around sensory rich learning experiences supported within the traditional Steiner rhythm. These sessions are primarily held outdoors, within the ecologically significant Tootgarook wetland landscape.
Each session incorporates connection with nature through child directed play, environmental stewardship and respect, creativity, and mindfulness. Throughout the program, children develop an understanding of the reciprocal relationships we all hold with our natural world and our integral place within the ecosystem.
Holistic Nannying
The unforeseen pandemic interruptions led me to adapt & explore a new opportunity to develop my skills & passion for holistic education. Fulfilling a role Natural Nannying. As a Nanny, mindfulness, nature connection, creativity, child led learning & play are important to me. Consciously nurturing & supporting children is an imperative role that I am honoured to be able to offer & provide. While continuing to encourage children to explore the world through their own lens, & empowering them with heart centred and practical ways to care for their well being and the environment. Delivered in calming, fun & engaging ways. Since embarking on the journey of Natural Nannying I have grown as an Educator & been flattered by the inundation of interest.
Eco Explorers Australia
A previous job role outside of Earth Flower Wilding involved facilitating Bush Playgroups, Forest School sessions & nature play workshops with Eco Explorers Australia. I really enjoyed working for a business that honours & embodies the importance of child led & sensory enriched play, environmental respect & education, as well as connection & community. All encapsulated & delivered through fun & engaging outdoor programs that provide invaluable opportunities. Ones that positively influence childhoods whilst looking after the planet. All things that align with my values as an Educator.
Earthy Ellie
Earthy Ellie is a character & a bit of a card, she is super into nature & mindfulness. Ellie’s about sharing & caring, sustainably savvy & a whole lot of sweet.
Earthy Ellie says “We all play an important role in ‘The Big Story’ of the ecosystem”
She’s kind, yogic & has a wild sense of adventure. Earthy Ellie is all sorts of fun with a splash of Zen!
Junior Rangers
Sometimes I volunteer with my park ranger friends at Parks Victoria helping to deliver their Junior Ranger program. A program that encourages primary school aged kids to explore Victoria’s parks while doing really cool activities such as rock pooling at protected marine sanctuaries or learning interesting facts about Indigenous flora & fauna in the bush.
Longbeach Urban Yarn Art
Engaging people with nature via aesthetically intriguing avenues is at the core of my works vision. The simplicity of a creative idea that can organically evolve into a collaborative piece & how that can present as an intimate yet broad expression communally, truly excites me. The Longbeach Urban Yarn Art project is a prime example of how a grassroots approach to community engagement can grow into something that provides influential impact, not only in a visual sense but personally, physically & potentially on an epic scale.
This street art yarnbombing installation started with a tree, some wool & a handful of aligned locals that eventuated into a large community yarn art project. Executed annually merging with Children’s Week, Mental Health Awareness Month & the Victorian Seniors Festival. Encouraging full inclusion through connections from the youth to the elderly community with various levels of skill sets. Promoting the value of working & learning with each other & nature. This project saw numerous community groups, organisations & schools deliver a multifaceted fibre art installation across the municipalities of Kingston & Frankston. Exhibited throughout neighbourhoods & various art galleries. A community curation that painted suburban streets & beyond with a woolly palette of imagination rich storytelling & many faces with delight & joy!

“Choose what makes your heart bloom”
Dhiman
Floral design is truly an art form. Grounded in structural technique, expressed in creative flair with a commonly ephemeral medium. Having constructed floral arrangements for various events from the Melbourne International Flower & Garden Show & Better Homes & Gardens Live show early in my career, to the diverse occasions found throughout the circle of life. One thing remains clear, aside from visual appeal, the gesture of the flower continues to be representative of thoughtful sentiment found in both the celebration & impermanence of life. The symbolism reflected in the burgeoning bloom to it’s perishing decay can be interpreted as an example of the beauty & fragility of our human existence. While demonstrating the analogy of spiritual narrative intertwined in the reality of environmental residence. This act of traditional custom provides insight to the light & shade of humanity & our interconnection with the ecological cycles of our natural world.
Although I take great pride in creating concise design briefs & executing bespoke floral designs for events & photographic styling, it’s exclusively on occasion. My priority lies with my purpose of delivering immersive creative experiences through my workshops & programs that reflect the true ethos of Earth Flower Wilding. Illuminating the importance of attunement to the natural environment & ourselves.
